Intel i9-10900K

Az Intel Core i9-10900K egy asztali számítógépekbe szánt csúcskategóriás processzor tíz maggal, amely a Comet Lake architektúrán (CML-S, a Skylake 4. generációja) alapul. A processzor órajele 3,7 és 5,3 GHz között van (mind a tíz mag 4,8 GHz-ig), és a Hyper-Threadingnek köszönhetően akár húsz szálat is képes egyszerre végrehajtani. Az 5,3 GHz csak 70°C-os maghőmérséklet alatt érhető el (100 MHz-es Thermal Velocity Boost).

A processzor továbbra is a régi 14 nm-es (14nm++) eljárással készül. Elődjéhez, a Core i9-9900K-hoz képest a 10900K megnövelt órajelet és két maggal több magot kínál. A szabad multiplikátornak köszönhetően a CPU is könnyen túlhajtottá tehető (de nem biztos, hogy nagy a mozgástér).

A Comet Lake architektúra a Coffee Lake-hez hasonló, ugyanazokat a funkciókat kínálja, és ugyanabban a 14 nm-es eljárással készül. A javított órajeleken kívül a memóriavezérlő most már támogatja a gyorsabb DDR4-2933 RAM-ot is. További információk a Comet Lake-ről és a róla szóló összes modellről és cikkről itt találhatók.

Teljesítmény

A magas Turbo Boostnak köszönhetően a CPU a bejelentés idején elérhető leggyorsabb játékos CPU. Az összes magot használva azonban az i9 lassabb, mint a több magot kínáló csúcs Ryzen CPU-k (például a Ryzen 9 3950X).

Grafika

Az integrált Intel UHD Graphics 630 iGPU állítólag hasonló teljesítményt nyújt, mint a Core i7-9900K-ban található UHD630. Low-end megoldásként a jelenlegi játékokat csak csökkentett részletességgel fogja zökkenőmentesen futtatni - ha egyáltalán.

Energiafogyasztás

Az Intel a TDP-t 125 wattal adja meg (PL1), de teljes terhelés mellett akár 250 wattot is fogyaszt (PL2). Alapértelmezett üzemmódban ez a 250 Watt és így a magas órajelek akár 56 másodpercig is tarthatók, azonban minden alaplapon lehetőség van ezen beállítások módosítására.
