AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
Az AMD Ryzen 9 3950X egy csúcskategóriás asztali processzor 16 maggal, amely a Zen 2 architektúrán alapul. A 2019 novemberi megjelenéskor ez a Matisse sorozat leggyorsabb CPU-ja. A 3950X 3,5 GHz-től (alap) egészen 4,7 GHz-ig (Turbo egy mag esetén) órajele van. Mind a tizenhat mag akár 4,1 GHz-es órajelet is elérhet.
A 16 magnak és a 32 szálnak köszönhetően a 3950X kiváló alkalmazásteljesítményt nyújt - ha a magok száma kihasználható. A viszonylag magas Turbónak köszönhetően az egy magos teljesítmény is a felső határon helyezkedik el. A játékokhoz azonban vannak gyorsabb CPU-k, mint például a Core i9-10900K.
A Ryzen 9 3950X 7 nm-es (a négy CCX-klaszter a magokkal) a TSMC-nél és 12 nm-es (I/O die) a Globalfoundriesnél készül. A TDP 250 wattra van méretezve, ezért a CPU-nak nagyon erős hűtőrendszerre van szüksége.
