Az AMD Ryzen 9 7950X egy gyors, csúcskategóriás asztali processzor a Raphael sorozatból. A Zen 4 architektúrán alapuló 16 magot kínál, amely támogatja a hiperszálazást (32 szál). A magok 4,5 (alap) és 5,7 GHz közötti órajelen (egy magos boost) járnak. A 7950X a második leggyorsabb Ryzen a megjelenéskor.
A Raphael-sorozat továbbra is chiplet-konstrukciót használ, két CCD-klaszterrel (egyenként 8 lehetséges maggal) 5 nm-ben és egy IO-die-vel (beleértve a memóriavezérlőt és a Radeon Graphics iGPU ) 6 nm-es kivitelben.
