Intel i7-1195G7

Az Intel Core i7-1195G7 egy energiatakarékos négymagos SoC laptopok és ultrabookok számára, amely a 2021-ben bemutatott Tiger Lake-U generáción (UP4) alapul. Négy Willow Cove processzormagot (a Hyper-Threadingnek köszönhetően 8 szálat) integrál. Az alapórajel (minimum) a konfigurált TDP-től függ, és 1,3 GHz (12 Watt TDP) és 2,9 GHz (28 W) között változhat. A Turbo egy magon akár 5 GHz-ig is eljuthat (Turbo Boost 3.0). Az összes mag akár 4,6 GHz-es órajelet is elérhet. Az i7-1195G7 a Tiger Lake UP3 frissítés része, és a Tiger-Lake U termékcsalád leggyorsabb CPU-ja.

Az 1195G7 integrálja az Intel Iris Xe grafikát 96 EU-val és szintén 400 - 1400 MHz-es órajelen. A GPU és a CPU együttesen használhatja a 12 MB L3 gyorsítótárat.

A Tiger Lake SoC-k továbbá támogatják a négy sávos PCIe 4, az AI hardveres gyorsítást, valamint a Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 és a Wi-Fi 6E részleges integrálását a chipbe.

A lapka az Intel továbbfejlesztett 10 nm+ eljárással (SuperFin néven) készül, amely a TSMC 7 nm-es eljárásához (pl. Ryzen 4000-es sorozat) hasonlíthatónak kell lennie.

Az UP3-as sorozat működési tartományát 12 és 28 watt között adják meg. Ezért a processzor vékony és könnyű laptopokba is alkalmas.
