Intel Processor N95
Az Intel N95 processzor egy belépő szintű mobil CPU vékony és könnyű laptopok számára az Alder Lake-N sorozatból. A 2023 elején jelentették be, és a 8 hatékony magból (E-magok, Gracemont architektúra) 4 magot és teljesítménymagot nem kínál. A lapka nem támogatja a HyperThreadinget és legfeljebb 3,4 GHz-es órajelekkel működik. Az E-magok teljesítménye a régi Skylake magokhoz hasonlónak kell lennie (vö Core i7-6700HQ ). Minden mag akár 6 MB L3-cache-t is használhat. Összehasonlítva a hasonló N100-as processzorhoz képest , az N95 valamivel magasabb TDP-t kínál, és ezért talán valamivel jobb tartós teljesítményt.
Teljesítmény
Az adatbázisunkban szereplő N95 átlagosan ugyanabban a ligában játszik, mint a Pentium 7505 és a Core i3-1115G4 , ami a többszálas benchmark-eredményeket illeti. Ez finoman szólva nem túl jó eredmény.
A mérföldek száma attól függően változhat, hogy milyen magasak a CPU teljesítményhatárai, és mennyire kompetens a rendszer hűtési megoldása.
Jellemzők
Az Alder Lake-N lapkák csak egycsatornás memóriát támogatnak, legfeljebb DDR5-4800, DDR4-3200 vagy LPDDR5-4800 memóriával. A chip támogatja a Quick Sync és az AV1 dekódolást is (valószínűleg ugyanaz a motor, mint az Alder Lake-ben). Továbbá részben integrált Wi-Fi 6E és Bluetooth 5.2 (de nincs Thunderbolt). A külső chipek PCIe Gen3 x9-en keresztül csatlakoztathatók (a PCH-n keresztül).
Az integrált grafikus adapter az Xe-architektúrán alapul, és a 32 EU (Execution Unit) közül csak 16-ot kínál, amelyek mindössze 1200 MHz-en üzemelnek. Az egycsatornás memória, az alacsony órajelek és a shaderek alacsony száma miatt az iGPU játékteljesítménye nagyon korlátozott.
Energiafogyasztás
Az N95 alapfogyasztása 12 W (szemben az N100 6 W-os fogyasztásával), ezért jól használható vékony és könnyű rendszerekhez. A CPU az Intel továbbfejlesztett 10 nm-es SuperFin eljárással készül (Intel 7 néven).
