A Gracemont E-magok nem támogatják a Hyper-Threading technológiát. Itt nincsenek extra szálak.
Többszálú teljesítménye körülbelül olyan jónak kell lennie, mint a régebbi kétmagos CPU-knak, például a Core i3-10110U-nak. A pontos adatok a hűtési megoldástól és a rendszer TDP-beállításaitól függnek. Akárhogy is, ez egy elég lassú chip, amely éppen csak elég gyors az alapvető feladatokhoz.
Az integrált memóriavezérlő támogatja az egycsatornás DDR4-3200, DDR5-4800 és LPDDR5-4800 RAM memóriát. A PCIe NVMe SSD sebességét 3,9 GB/s-ban maximalizálták, ami megfelel a PCIe 3 specifikációnak. Thunderbolt / USB 4 támogatás itt nincs, viszont a legújabb Intel CNVi Wi-Fi 7 vezeték nélküli hálózati modulok támogatottak.
Az L3 gyorsítótár viszonylag kicsi, 6 MB, és nincs megfelelő NPU-ja (és így Copilot+ márkajelzése sem).
Az N150 állítólag 6 wattot fogyaszt hosszabb terhelés mellett. Ez az Intel által a chiphez ajánlott PL1-es érték. A PL2-ről nem közöltek adatokat, de 15 W-nál nagyobb értékek nem valószínűek.
