Intel Ultra 7 270K Plus

A Core Ultra 7 270K Plus az Intel Arrow Lake-alapú asztali processzora, amely hibrid kialakítást alkalmaz, összesen 24 maggal, amelyek 8 teljesítménymagra és 16 hatékonysági magra oszthatók. A teljesítménymagok magas boost órajel-sebességeket érnek el (akár 5,5 GHz), míg a hatékonysági magok párhuzamos terhelésekre és háttérfolyamatokra vannak optimalizálva (akár 4,7 GHz).

A lassabb modellekhez képest a Core Ultra 7 270K Plus jelentősen magasabb általános teljesítményt nyújt, és a játékokhoz és a tartalomkészítéshez szánt asztali számítógépek felső szegmensében helyezkedik el.

Az Arrow Lake-S architektúra chiplet-kialakításon alapul. A CPU-részt a TSMC gyártja fejlett 3 nm-es technológiával, míg az egyéb alkatrészeket – például a GPU-t, valamint a SoC- és I/O-modulokat – különböző gyártási technológiákkal állítják elő. Az egyes alkatrészeket az Intel Foveros 3D csomagolási technológiájával kapcsolják össze.

Az energiafogyasztást a magas teljesítményszinthez tervezték, így a processzor tartós terhelés mellett is állandóan magas számítási teljesítményt nyújt. Pontosabban: az Intel a TDP-t 125 watt (hosszú távon) és 250 watt (turbo) között határozza meg.
