Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF

Az Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF egy Arrow Lake-alapú asztali processzor 20 maggal, két fürtben. A 8 teljesítménymag akár 5,5 GHz-es órajelen, a 12 kisebb hatékonyságú mag pedig akár 4,6 GHz-en is képes órajátszani. Minden processzormag képes a 30 MB-os Smart Cache (L3) gyorsítótár használatára.

Az Arrow Lake-S chipek több chipletből állnak. A CPU rész a TSMC-nél készül a modern N3B (3 nm-es) eljárással, a GPU szintén a TSMC-től származik az N5P eljárással. A SoC és az I/O lapka a TSMC N6-os eljárásában készül. Az alaplapkát az Intel gyártja a 22 nm-es eljárással, és a Fovero 3D-s csomagolásának köszönhetően hordozza az egyes chipleteket.

A hasonló Core Ultra 7 265K-hoz képest a 265KF nem integrál egy Intel grafika nevű 4-magos iGPU-t, és a vPro funkciók is hiányoznak belőle.

A TDP-t 125 watt (hosszú távon) és 250 watt (turbó) között adják meg.
