Qualcomm X2E-78-100

A Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite X2E-78-100 a 2025 szeptemberében megjelenő X2 notebook SoC-k leglassabb változata. A 18 CPU-magból 12-t kínál, amelyek 6 elsődleges, akár 4 GHz-es magra (4 GHz-es összes mag) és 6 teljesítménymagra (3,4 GHz-ig) oszlanak. A CPU-rész együttesen 34 MB gyorsítótárral rendelkezik.

A SoC integrál továbbá egy gyengébb X2-85 GPU-t 1,35 GHz-cel, egy NPU-t akár 80 TOPS (INT8), LPDDR5x-9523 memóriavezérlőt 128 bites és 152 GB/s sávszélességgel, valamint a Spectra ISP-t akár 36 MP-es kettős kamerákhoz. A tárolóeszközök NVMe, PCIe 5.0, UFS 4.0, SD Express és SD 3.0 segítségével csatlakoztathatók. A chip 3x USB 4.0 portot is támogat.

A CPU teljesítménye jócskán elmaradhat az erősebb modellektől, mint például a X2E-96-100 csúcsmodell (18 mag, akár 5 GHz) vagy a X2E-88-100 (18 mag 4,7 GHz-ig). Becsléseink szerint a teljesítmény valamivel a régi Snapdragon X Elite X1E-84-100 (szintén 12 mag, 4,2 GHz-ig).

A SoC az N3X és az N3P keverékével készül (a ComputerBase-en keresztül) a TSMC-nél (3 nm).
