Intel Core 3 305

Az Intel Core 3 305 egy kis SoC a Wildcat Lake családból. Két klaszterben 6 CPU-magot használ. A Cougar Cove sorozat két gyors teljesítményű magja 1,5 és 4,3 GHz közötti órajelen jár. Emellett a lapka négy alacsony fogyasztású E-magot (Darkmont architektúra) tartalmaz 1,4 és 3,3 GHz közötti órajelekkel. Ezzel a Wildcat Lake a gyorsabb Panther Lake lapkákhoz hasonlóvá válik.

A Core 3 304 akár 64 GB DDR5-6400-as DDR5-6400-as memóriát is támogat, és rendelkezik egy kis Intel Graphics iGPU-val 16 EU-val. Szemben a gyengébb Core 3 304 a 305 nem kínál NPU-t.

Az első kiszivárgott Geekbench tesztek (a Core 3 304 csak 5 maggal) a jelenlegi notebook processzorok alsó tartományába tartozó teljesítményt mutatnak. A Twin Lake sorozatba tartozó Intel N processzorok (pl. Core 3 N350) jelentősen felülmúlhatják a teljesítményt.

A TDP 15 W - 35 W (alap - turbó), így a SoC alkalmas kis laptopok és kis beágyazott rendszerek számára. A SoC CPU chipjét az Intel a modern 18A eljárással gyártja.
