Intel Ultra 7 365

Az Intel Core Ultra 5 365 egy középkategóriás 8-magos (4+4) SoC a Panther Lake családból noteszgépekbe. A CPU támogatja a vPro kezelési funkciókat.

Az Intel által az új 18A eljárással gyártott számítási lapkát integrál 4 nagy teljesítményű, 2,4-4,8 GHz-es Cougar Cove P maggal és 4 darab 1,8-3,6 GHz-es Darkmont LP (Low Power) E maggal. Az új NPU 5 50 TOPS INT 8 és egy IPU 7.5 képfeldolgozó processzor is beépítésre került. Az integrált memóriavezérlő akár 96 GB LPDDR5X-7467 vagy 128 GB DDR5-6400 memóriát is támogat.

A GPU-lapka 4 Xe3 maggal és sugárkövetés-támogatással rendelkező gyors iGPU-t tartalmaz, amelyet az Intel az Intel 3 eljárással gyárt.

A harmadik chiplet integrálja a platformvezérlőt 12 PCIe sávval, 4x Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 7 (R2) és Bluetooth Core 6.0. A platformvezérlő szintén a TSMC-nél készül.

Az Intel szerint a TDP 15-25 watt között van megadva (alap), rövid távon pedig akár 55 wattig.
