Samsung Exynos 2200
A Samsung Exynos 2200 egy csúcskategóriás SoC 8 maggal, három klaszterben. Egy gyors ARM Cortex-S2 akár 2,8 GHz-es, egyszálas teljesítményű ARM Cortex-S2. Három lassabb ARM Cortex-A710 akár 2,52 GHz-es órajelen a teljesítményfeladatokhoz és négy hatékony, akár 1,82 GHz-es órajelen működő ARM Cortex-A510 architektúrát használó mag.
A SoC az Exynos 2100-hoz hasonlóan egy akár 7,35 Gbps sebességű 5G modemet is integrál (5G NR Sub-6Hz, 5G NR mmWave, LTE Cat.24 DL / Cat.22 UL). Ezen kívül egy képfeldolgozó processzor 200mP egykamerás üzemmódban és 8K videóhoz, egy AI motor kétmagos NPU-val és DPS-szel, valamint különböző GNSS-rendszerek (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo).
Az Exynos 2200 első ízben integrál egy AMD RDNA 2 architektúrán alapuló grafikus kártyát, az ún Samsung Xclipse 920 ).
A CPU teljesítménye a benchmarkjainkban kissé elmaradt a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (a jelenleg leggyorsabb Android SoC) és a Apple A15 az iPhone 13-ban található A15-nek.
A chip a Samsungnál a modern 4 nm-es eljárással, EUV eljárással készül.
