Mediatek Dimensity 7030

A Mediatek Dimensity 7030 egy középkategóriás ARM SoC (system-on-a-chip), amely okostelefonokban és táblagépekben egyaránt használható (elsősorban Android). A SoC-t 2023 szeptemberében mutatták be.

Tartalmaz egy 5G modemet, és támogatja a legújabb mobiltelefonos szabványokat dual-SIM üzemmódban mindkét kártyával, így a szörfözés és a telefonálás egyszerre két különböző kártyán keresztül lehetséges. A SoC két, akár 2,5 GHz-es órajelű ARM Cortex A78 magot integrál az igényes feladatokhoz, valamint hat, akár 2 GHz-es órajelű, alacsony fogyasztású ARM Cortex A55 magot.

A lapka integrált szub-6 GHz-es és mmWave 5G modemmel rendelkezik, beleértve a dual-SIM támogatást is, amely akár 4,6 Gbps maximális letöltési sebességet is elérhet. A Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) és a Bluetooth 5.2 is támogatott.

A memóriavezérlő LPDDR4x vagy LPDDR5 munkamemóriával, valamint UFS 3.1 tömegtárolóval is megbirkózik. Integrált grafikus kártyaként a SoC a Mali-G610 MP3, amely támogatja a 144 Hz-es kijelzőket, valamint a HDR10+ Adaptive, a HLG és a Dolby Vision funkciót, maximum 2520 x 1080 pixeles felbontás mellett.

Összehasonlítva a Dimensity 920, a CPU-egység ugyanolyan órajellel, de modernebb, ARMv8.2-A utasításkészlettel rendelkezik. Új grafikus egységet használnak, és támogatják a WiFi 6E-t, valamint az akár 144 Hz-es kijelzőket.

A SoC 6 nm-es eljárással készül.
