Mediatek Dimensity 800U

A Mediatek Dimensity 800U egy gyors középkategóriás SoC, amelybe egy 5G modemet integráltak. Ez két gyors ARM Cortex-A76 2,4 GHz-es maggal, valamint hat energiatakarékos Cortex-A55 2 GHz-es maggal rendelkezik (Octa-Core és Heterogeneous Multi-Processing). Továbbá a chip integrál egy 3 magos ARM Mali-G57 MC3 GPU-t, Wi-fi 5 modemet, LPDDR4x memóriavezérlőt, AI feldolgozóegységet (APU 3.0) és videó kódolást és dekódolást.

A Dimensity 820-hoz képest a 800U alacsonyabb órajelű A76 magokkal rendelkezik, valamint egy lassúbb GPU-val.

A Dimensity 800U a modern 7 nm-es eljárással van gyártva, így az energiahatékonysága várhatóan kiemelkedő.
