Mediatek Dimensity 7020

A Mediatek Dimensity 7020 egy gyors középkategóriás SoC integrált 5G modemmel. Két gyors ARM Cortex-A78 magot tartalmaz akár 2,2 GHz-en, valamint hat energiatakarékos Cortex-A55 magot akár 2 GHz-en (Octa-Core Heterogeneous Multi-Processinggel). A lapka emellett integrál egy IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, egy Wi-Fi 5 modemet, egy LPDDR5 / LPDDR4X memóriavezérlőt, egy AI feldolgozó egységet és egy videó de- és kódolót.

Az 5G modem támogatja az NR 2CC és a vegyes duplex (TDD / FDD) és a kettős SIM-et. A letöltési sebesség elérheti a 2,77 Gbit/s sebességet.

Összehasonlítva a Dimensity 930, a 7020 ugyanazokat a specifikációkat kínálja, és úgy tűnik, hogy egy új márkajelzés.

A Dimensity 930 és a 7020 a modern 6 nm-es eljárással készül, és nagyon energiatakarékosnak kell lennie.
