Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Jó, hogy végre újra elérhető a piacon egy új, fizikai billentyűzetes telefon. A biztonsági funkciók széles köre, és a meglehetősen jó üzemidő a BlackBerry KEYone legfőbb erényei. Ezen felül világos kijelzője, gazdag - és jól működő - beviteli lehetőségeit (ide értve a sokoldalú fizikai billentyűzetet) érdemes megemlíteni.

Ettől függetlenül az 550 dolláros ár némileg magasnak tűnik, főleg a választott lapkakészletet (Snapdragon 625) és a csak 3 GB RAM-ot figyelembe véve. Az LTE cat. 6 is kiábrándító egy ilyen árfekvésű üzleti készülékben. Az LTE-frekvenciák helyi korlátozásai pedig nem segítik a globális használhatóságot. A kamerák és a telefon teljesítménye közepes.

A BlackBerry KEYone egy jó, de drága különlegesség azok számára, akik szeretik a fizikai billentyűzetet, és fontosnak tartják a kiterjedt biztonsági funkciókínálatot. Az rögtön látszik, hogy a TCL milyen sokat dolgozott azon, hogy a fizikai billentyűzet sokoldalú beviteli opciókat kínáljon, és mellette megőrizze a BlackBerry telefonokra jellemző biztonságot.

Amennyiben a hardveres billentyűzetes, és biztonságos Android-os telefont keresünk, a BlackBerry KEYone jó választás lehet. Az biztos, hogy ezzel a különleges telefonnal kitűnhetünk a tömegből.
