Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Az Asus Zenfone 3 Max betartja legfontosabb ígéretét: akkumulátor üzemideje exrtém hosszú. Akármilyen jó is ez, azt kell mondanunk, hogy az LG X Power még ezt is túlszárnyalja. Tetszett az értékelt példány háza, amely árkategóriájában nagyon jó minőségűnek számít, bár nem emelkedik ki az okostelefonok tömegéből. További pozitívumai a jó kijelző, alacsony alapjárati fogyasztás, és a jó hőmenedzsment.

A teljesítmény már annyira nem volt lenyűgöző. Az eszköz minden téren kicsivel lassabb vetélytársainál. Talán az Asus ZenUI felület miatt lehet így? Az eszköz 3D-s játékokra csak korlátozottan alkalmas, és összetettebb weblapok is gondot okozhatnak neki.

A Zenfone 3 Max jó memóriakonfigurációt nyújt árához képest, két SIM-kártyát tud kezelni, valamint könnyű és vékony. Ez a telefon mindazoknak jó vétel lehet, akik számára az akku üzemideje elsődleges szempont.

Közvetlen elődjével, a Zenfone Max-szal összehasonlítva a tesztpéldányunk sok dologban jobban teljesít, de vesztett készenléti idejéből. Az Asus Zenfone 3 Max sikeres fejlesztés, de önmagában elsődlegesen az üzemidő-mániásoknak ajánlható. Mindenki másnak kompromisszumos megoldást jelent kamera, hangszóró, és hívásminőség terén. Bár, ez ebben az árfekvésben nem szokatlan.
