Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Nem igazán van más olyan gyártó, amely a Motorola-éhoz hasonló moduláris rendszert kínál: az LG egyetlen próbát tett az LG G5-tel, aztán feladta, a Fairphone 2 pedig sokkal inkább arra alapoz, hogy a tönkrement, vagy elavult alkatrészei cserélhetők legyenek. Ezzel szemben a Motorola Moto Z sorozata lehetővé teszi, hogy egy sor kiegészítőt pakoljunk a telefon hátuljára. Már csak a hátlap cserélhetősége is fontos lehet sok felhasználó számára.

A Moto Z3 Play kompatibilis minden korábbi Moto Mod-dal, ez egy további előnye a szériának. A készülék egy javított középkategóriás teljesítményt kínál, és alap tartozékként egy telep Mod-ot is kapunk mellé. Ez jelentős mértékben megnöveli a Moto Z3 Play üzemidejét. Azt azonban meg kell említenünk, hogy a Mod nélkül az üzemidő nagyon rövid, furcsa mód még az elődjéhez képest is. A fő oka ennek a Moto Z3 Play magas fogyasztása, de ezt a Motorola talán képes lesz később orvosolni egy szoftverfrissítéssel. Jelenleg az energiaigénye messze túl magas.

Az élénk színű kijelző, a kiváló minőségű ház, a jó GPS, a tiszta, frissítés-garanciás Android és az elfogadható kamera teszi teljessé a képet.

A Moto Z3 Play egy karcsú középkategóriás készülék, rövid üzemidővel. Egyediségét elsősorban a Mod-oknak köszönheti.

Az elődjénél rövidebb üzemidőt ellenpontozza a nagyobb teljesítmény, és a jobb kommunikációs opciók. A sokkal alacsonyabb árat is figyelembe véve a Moto Z2 Play jó alternatíva lehet azok számára, akik szeretnék kipróbálni a Moto Mod rendszert.
