A konkurens 16 hüvelykes gamer modellek, mint a HP Omen Transcend 16, a Razer Blade 16, vagy az Asus Zephyrus M16 ennél kisebb felszereltségűek, és általában lassúbbak is, annak ellenére, hogy ugyanazzal a GPU-val vannak felszerelve, mint a mi konfigurációnk. Az Alienware mérnökei nagy dicséretet érdemelnek, tekintve, hogy az Alienware m16 R1 mennyire sűrűn telepített.
Másrészt a beépített funkciók hosszú listája a laptop ellen is dolgozhat, mivel az Alienware m16 jóval nehezebb és nagyobb is, mint sok más alternatíva. Talán a Dell egy kicsit nagyobb falatot harapott le, mint amekkorát meg tudna rágni a sok Intel-Nvidia, AMD-Nvidia és AMD-AMD konfigurációval, ami eléggé megnehezítheti a hibaelhárítást.
Ár és Elérhetőség
A Dell-nél most Intel és AMD változatban egyaránt elérhető az Alienware m16 modell. Az AMD-s verzió 1700 dollártól indul, és az ár teljesen konfigurálva 3000-4000 dollár fölé emelkedik.
