Ha a hő- és zajkibocsátást, hangminőséget és üzemidőt nem nézzük, a Razer Blade Pro egy nagyon jól összerakott felső kategóriás notebook. Karcsú háza - jó anyaghasználattal és stílusos designnal - minden bizonnyal tetszeni fog azon gamereknek, akik értékelik a minőséget, kifinomultságot és meglehetős mobilitást. Ha az RGB-fényes, mechanikus billentyűzetet hozzávesszük, a 17 inches laptop az egyik legjobb minőségű készüléknek tűnik, amellyel valaha dolgunk volt.

A 32 GB DDR4 RAM-nak, az SSD RAID-nek, és a GeForce GTX 1080-nak hála, a teljesítménye biztosan nem gyenge - bár a beforrasztott RAM nem érdemel dicséretet. Az általunk tesztelt, UHD kijelzős változat sem hibátlan. Egyrészről, az IGZO panel színlefedettsége, fekete értékei és kontrasztja plusz pontokat jelent. Másrészről viszont, az alacsony fényerő és tükröződés irritáló, nem beszélve a tesztpéldány egyenetlen fényerejéről.

Az integrált hangszórók terén is lenne hová fejlődni, valamint a laptop magas fogyasztásán is csiszolni kellene (természetesen az üzemidő megsínyli). A Blade Pro ettől függetlenül a legtöbb pontot magas hőmérséklete és zajszintje miatt veszítette. Gyakorlatilag csak fejhallgatóval élvezhetőek mellette a játékok. A hűtés valószínűleg a GeForce GTX 1070 vagy a GTX 1080 Max-Q társaként működne megfelelően. Ezeket a hiányosságokat figyelembe véve, luxus árával együtt, a 4K-s verziónak nehéz dolga lesz a piac többi (némileg vastagabb) 17 inches laptopja ellen.
