Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

A Nokia 3 majdnem mindenben átlagos belépő szintű okostelefon, amely ebben a kategóriában jó eséllyel elég a sikerhez. Ugyanakkor pár dologgal meg is lepett minket, ilyen a kijelző fényereje, kontrasztja, fogyasztása és a sok LTE sáv.

A fentiek kiemelik a kategóriájából, de vannak említésre méltó hiányosságai is. Ennyiért jóval jobb kamerát is láttunk már, és teljesítmény terén is van, aki maga mögé utasítja - névleg, az Xperia E5. Továbbá a hangszóró hangja és a GPS pontossága sem lenyűgöző, de ennyiért ez nem is meglepő.

Világos és kontrasztos kijelző, alacsony energiaigény és stílusos ház - a Nokia 3 jó helyre küzdötte magát a belépő szinten. Ugyanakkor a kamera minősége messze nem kiváló, használhatósága erősen függ a körülményektől.

A stílusos megjelenés és az elég jó teszt eredmények jó startot jelentenek a belépő szintű részlegen a Nokia 3 számára. Most mindannyian a nagy testvér tesztjét várjuk, mivel a középkategóriában nehezebb dolga lesz a Nokia-nak.
