Az Inspiron 13 5379 inkább laptop, mint tablet. A méretei is ezt a benyomást erősítik. A kijelző 360°-os elforgatásával egy extrém vastag tabletet kapunk, amelynek használatakor gyakran zavaró lehet az alap és a kijelző közötti rés. Míg a tesztelt gép külseje elavultnak néz ki, belső részei naprakészek.

"Amennyiben csak néha használjuk a tablet módot, vagy egy érintőkijelzős laptopot szeretnénk, úgy az Inspiron 13 5379 jó választás lehet. Elvégre ez egy erős, és jól karbantartható átalakítható egy 8. generációs Intel Kaby Lake processzorral."

Az Inspiron 13 5379 egy életképes készülék, amellyel minden irodai feladatot simán elvégezhetünk. Néha még játszani is lehet rajta, bár csak régebbi, vagy Windows Store-os játékokat. A karbantartás és javítás egyszerűsége hosszabb távon is biztosítja a készülék használhatóságát.
