A Starlink Mini antenna ára történelmi mélypontra esik a Mini 2 megjelenése előtt

SpaceX has cut the price of a Starlink Mini dish to the record low of $149, down from a launch tag of $599. The monthly Roam service plans that the dish can take advantage of stay the same, though, starting from $55 for 100 GB of satellite Internet data.

Starlink Mini price

The change of Starlink's Mini dish price tag from $199 to $149 is followed by the respective drop in the monthly payments should one decide to get it on installments. Starlink Mini is now available at just $12.41 on a 12-month payment plan, with a zero APR financing rate.

The Mini has come a long way in price since it debuted at $599 in June 2024, $100 more than the Standard Kit at the time, which in turn has now dropped to $349 on Amazon. In late 2024 it got its first discount, to $449, for a limited time, while by March 2025, Starlink appeared to have permanently cut it to $499, with more price decreases in price that quickly followed.

In November 2025, Starlink dropped the Mini to $229, available to anyone in the US. Then in January 2026, it fell to $199, down from the usual $249, alongside a "free" rental tied to the Residential Max plan. Some Residential plan subscribers in underserved US areas could also get a free Mini, but just as with the rental scheme, they didn't own the dish and had to return it should they cancel their plan.

In March, buyers could keep the Mini for $199 if they activated at least a month of basic service, while this summer, SpaceX added a $16/month, 12-month installment plan, or $192 in total, then the lowest official price, while dropping the free Mini offer.

At $149 to own, the Mini dish now undercuts all of those prices and promos. Starlink seems to have decreased the Mini dish price to its lowest ever for outright purchase ahead of a reported battery-powered Starlink Mini 2 release. Whether this latest cut is clearance or a push to grow subscribers, buyers who wanted a portable satellite Internet dish get the best price so far. Roam plans are still required for use, and a $20 shipping cost still applies for the Mini unless it gets picked up at a retailer.
