A Lenovo Flex 6 14 egy újabb középkategóriás készülék azoknak, akik egy komolyabb, közepes méretű átalakíthatót szeretnének, de nem akarnak annyit kifizetni, mint a csúcsgépekért, például a Yoga 920-ért kellene. Drágább rokonával összevetve, a Flex 6 14 háza gyengébb műanyag, külseje egyszerűbb, de a modernebb megjelenés kedvéért legalább egy csiszolt fémmel bevont csuklótámaszt és keskeny kereteket kapott. A beviteli eszközök használhatók, de aki a prémium ultrabookok kényelmét keresi, az jobban teszi, ha kipróbálja a Flex 6 14-et, mielőtt megvenné. A kijelző beltérre megfelel, de a tükröződő felület és gyenge fényerő miatt kültéren nem teljesít túl jól.

A Lenovo Flex 6 14 értelmes választás lehet annak, aki egy jól teljesítő,  opcionálisan active stylus-os átalakíthatót keres, de nem annyira fontosak neki a prémium beviteli eszközök, ház design, vagy a kültéri használhatóság.

A design gyengeségeit figyelmen kívül hagyva, a Flex 6 14 elég jól teljesít. A 8generációs Core i5 CPU-nak, a GeForce MX130 GPU-nak, elegendő RAM-nak, és az NVMe SSD-nek hála a Flex sok riválisát lenyomja a háttértár sebesség és a grafikus teljesítmény terén. Nem egy gamer laptop, de a flexibilitása jól jöhet, ha a belbecs, és nem a külcsín a lényeg. A tesztelt konfig mellé kapott Lenovo Active Pen komoly plusz lehet azoknak, akik szeretik a toll-alapú bevitelt, vagy rajzolnának a gépen.

A 800 dolláros árért a Lenovo Flex 6 14 értelmes választás lehet annak, aki egy jól teljesítő,  opcionálisan active stylus-os átalakíthatót keres, de nem annyira fontosak neki a prémium beviteli eszközök, ház design, vagy a kültéri használhatóság. Pár száz dollárral többért a kategória következő lépcsőfokában (Yoga 920, XPS 13) már a legtöbb itteni panaszunk megoldásra került, de a most tesztelt Flex 6 14 - elődjével ellentétben - úgyis inkább a praktikus középkategóriások riválisa lett.
