It has some neat extras such as a large hard drive, a fake brushed metal finish and speakers that sound much better than most at the price. If you need a computer you’ll use extensively most days, though, we’d strongly advise getting one with an Intel Core i3 CPU rather than the Intel Pentium used here. While it’s the “next best” option, it is noticeably slower, regardless of what you’re doing. If £300, or even £400, is your max budget you also have to accept that you won’t get a dazzling screen. The VivoBook's dated display technology ensures image quality is, at best, passable. Still not put off? We won’t deny there’s a good amount on offer here for those on a very tight budget, with plenty of storage, wide-ranging connectivity and reasonable build quality.

It is available in an attractive brushed finish in either silver/white or red/blue and has a 15.6 inch 16:9 (1366 x 768) screen, an Intel dual-core Pentium processor N3710 1.6/2.56GHz (burst), 4GB RAM and a 1TB hard drive. This should prove adequate for the majority of school and college work as well as playing games and viewing videos and movies even though it would be unreasonable to expect it to cope with video editing and high speed gaming.

Közép kategóriás, Maxwell architektúrás laptop videokártya. A régebbi 940M-mel ellentétben az MX GDDR5-ös memóriát is támogat és valamivel magasabb mag órajelen jár.
Intel HD Graphics 405 (Braswell):
Integrált grafikus gyorsító, amely a 2016-os Intel Braswell sorozatú Pentium processzorokban található meg. A Broadwell architektúrában található (Intel Gen8) felépítést használja DirectX 11.2-es támogatással. 16 végrehajtó egységgel (EU, avagy Execution Unit) rendelkezik, processzortól függően eltérő órajeleken.
