We often felt as though we were using a phone that was in a higher price bracket. On the other hand, it's bulky and awkward to use, with a UI that we really think needs to be toned down.

It seems to be a decent smartphone but the performance and user interface needs to be tested thoroughly before giving our final verdict. On the flip side, the camera performance of Vivo U20 in low-light conditions is not up to the mark. Also, graphic-intensive games don’t run smoothly on the device on medium and high settings. If gaming is not on your priority list and you are willing to overlook the poor low-light camera performance, Vivo U20 can be a good choice.
