Acer has already released a laptop and a two-in-one with 3:2 displays and, Thursday Microsoft announced the Surface Laptop Go with the same screen ratio, which it has used on past Surface models too. While widescreens are nice for entertainment, the 3:2 ratio is roughly the same as a standard A4 sheet of paper and has about 20% more vertical viewing space than a 16:9 display.

On the bright side, more and more devices with soldered memory (and even more so, such that come as part of Intel’s Evo platform) feature quad-channel setups. This allows for the highest bandwidth possible for the iGPU, which results in a great deal of graphics performance, as it essentially unlocks the Iris Xe Graphics G7’s full potential. Yet again, you will be able to create on the go, thanks to the stylus that comes inside the package. And when you want to pause your work, you can snap it to the left side of the laptop, where a set of magnets will keep it in place. Ultimately, the Spectre x360 14 (14-ea1000) with its OLED panel is a great tool for content creation on the go. The ability to switch between color gamuts is great, especially when considering the accuracy with which it is able to reproduce colors. Even though it costs a premium, we are happy to see that HP made the safe bet, and didn’t introduce innovations that may hinder the overall experience of using the device.

HP also gets points for its high-quality and versatile webcam. It films up to 4K if you use HP’s own Enhanced Camera feature. It can then be accessed in other applications such as streaming or video conferencing as a virtual camera. It has features like smart light and color control, eye contact effect, de-worming, and more. These are things that are already abundant in meeting programs such as Zoom and Teams, but it would be nice to have another option. If you run the camera directly, you get at best 1440p, even then with high quality.

Tiger Lake alapú, alacsony fogyasztású négymagos processzor vékony és könnyű laptopokhoz és a leggyorsabb UP3 (legfeljebb 28 wattos) CPU. Az Intel 10 nm-es SuperFin eljárással készül. 1,3 GHz-től (12 W-os konfigurációban) egészen 2,9 GHz-ig (28 W) terjedő alapórajelekkel rendelkezik. A Turbo akár az 5 GHz-et is elérheti egyetlen magon.
Intel Alder Lake-M:

Intel Intel Meteor Lake-H:
Ultra 7 155H: Egy csúcskategóriás Meteor Lake chip, amely 2023 decemberében debütált. Ez az 1. generációs Core Ultra processzor a 13. generációs Core chipek leváltására érkezett; 16 maggal (6 + 8 + 2) és 22 menettel rendelkezik.
