UNISOC :
T7280 (T620): Belépő szintű, okta magos SoC két gyors, akár 2,2 GHz-es órajelen működő ARM Cortex A75 maggal és hat energiatakarékos, akár 1,8 GHz-es órajelen működő ARM Cortex A55 maggal. Az SoC továbbá tartalmaz egy LTE modemet (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), egy 850 MHz-es ARM Mali G52MP1 GPU-t és egy hárommagos ISP-t.
